Phase 2 (Starting to 3 weeks)

Position of corset muscle

Press the pit of the stomach with one hand and the abdomen with the other hand.  
The corset muscle is located between the pit of the stomach and the abdomen, which width is wide enough.

This time, touch the spine of waist with both hands.  As both sides of the spine of waist wrap around abdomen as its length is long enough.  The size of corset muscle is similar to that of a big towel and it is one of the longest and widest muscle in the body.

Procedure for the Development of the Corset Muscle
