How to manage after the diet with Misie

When the diet with Misie is almost finished, some of the users start to be concerned about ¡°what if I gain weight due to Yoyo if I stop using Misie.¡±

In conclusion, there is no Yoyo in Misie.  However, if you stop using Misie, it will be true that the corset muscle will be weakened.  If an expecting mother who did muscle exercises has morning sickness, the womb is expanded for the embryo for one month, the corset muscle will be thin and a stomach flab will be made.  Isn¡¯t it profound?  If her belly had not begun to swell, there would be a problem in the embryo.

Therefore, even though you are successful in losing weight, it is recommended to do Misie more than once per a week if you do not work very hard, like a farming or hard physical labor.

When an empty space is created in the belly

Even if not for losing weight, there is an important reason why the corset muscle should be kept strong.
The first, it is to prevent the abdominal fat to be accumulated in the belly. (It is the safest pre-cautionary measure against cancer.)
